History: Born in the east to a Apothecary, Melech learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the east were limited. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: The child of a Server, who enjoyed hunting, Kristryd was taken on many hunting expeditions. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
