History: She got into the Baker business at a young age. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. Her brown hair is greasy and uncared for. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Vorka was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Description: This man very much looks the part of a Barber. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His long black hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Barber arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Barber for the past few years.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Randal fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.
