Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Raer was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Raer alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He tends to his Barber job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Navigator. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Ownka is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
