Description: An older man who wears a brown wide-brimmed hat and brown clothes, he is not a threatening figure. His hair, while still mostly blonde, has prominent grey streaks. His amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Nicholas was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Rogue, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Rogue in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: 3'8" and muscular, this eastern man wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His hair is brown, silky, and of moderate length. He has blue eyes and a tan hat with a green feather.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After a long history of fighting, Eberdeb and his spouse have recently divorced.

Her white hair is heavily combed to the right. Her violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dwarf in existence. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Gifted from a young age, Barbena studied abroad. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Layabout. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult.

Description: This woman stands a little under 5'3" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears suspenders and violet workpants. Her shirt is green, and she wears a heavy violet leather apron most of the time. Her brown hair, when down, is lengthy. Her blue eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She has all her life been fascinated with poetry.

History: Her necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and she is unsatisfied with her job
