Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Elf in existence. Quelenna enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
