Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Through the years after Perra was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Perra's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
