History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family A freak accident while working with his Spice Merchant mother left him crippled. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Description: A 4'9" western man, he wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. With bright white hair and a scraggly beard. His hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Detective. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Detective for hire.
