Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Sailor. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Sage but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sage hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and he seems to be bored by most things

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and to share knowledge with the world

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. A true patriot, Hethress would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Hethress was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She is greedy; and she has money and likes to spend it
