History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A freak accident while working with his Blacksmith father left him crippled. During his travels, Gardain and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Gardain discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Gardain fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Bricklayer. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and further expansion of business

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Baern was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and wants a kiss

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears silk and lounges about seductively. His crest is rusty and curly. His gold eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Spy born in the past three hundred years. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Spy. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and sabotage a competitor
