History: Soveliss was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His first spouse was a Gardener, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Mayor.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mayor responsibilities is difficult; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
