Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He has a large black mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his white robe. His rusty crest is lengthy. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears baggy grey pantaloons and a green scarf, and is pretty ugly. Her white hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: She hates Dwarves with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Voice: High pitched and raspy

Description: He has a missing right leg. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His auburn hair is lengthy. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing music.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Delg fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and wants to work out more often

Ideals: Fighting, Disciplined, Artistic. Flaws: Insane. Occupation: Stableman

Voice: Pronounces difficult words wrong

Description: With black face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). Her bronze crest is heavily combed to the left. She wears an eyepatch.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Layabout. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor
