Description: He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather, and he perpetually has his longsword ready. His hair is always cut to a buzz. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. Paggen liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: This southern man is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His clothes are grease stained in places. His hair is white and curly. His eyes are gray and catlike.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: A moderately attractive man, he tends to wear a grey poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He wears a broad hat to cover his moderate length red hair. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. The war was a terrible time for him, and Clerebold does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Clerebold was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Banker. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 5'1" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears a yellow coat over a violet low-cut shirt, and a Stetson hat upon her head. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. She has several tiny jet earrings on each ear.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Valanthe was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She struck the Detective job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: Money/treasure.
