History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Theodoric isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.
