Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He is renowned for his bright blue suits and hats. His Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are blue.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he's looking for his big break

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Tabaxi companion (her 'brother'). She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
