Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His hair is black and curly. His gray eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 75. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born in a small plains village. Purban liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. She found a children's book about a Elf Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero.
