Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. Mardnab enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She now mingles about in high society.

History: Patrick lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
