Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Randal grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Randal. Being a Carpenter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Born in the west to a Bather, Thorin learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 7 years.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and to be a mercenary again

Description: A moderately attractive woman, she wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized violet coat. Her hair is chestnut and curly. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
