He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Laucian was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He struck the Sage job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Sage responsibilities is difficult; and he is greedy

Description: A 2'10" eastern woman, she wears white robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a quarterstaff, but if one is not available she will default to her crossbow. She has done her best to style her brown hair to look like a famous performer. This green eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: She's attracted to the PC; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 3 years.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: 3'3" and lanky with angular features, she is an attractive figure. She likes to wear ponchos typically of a light tan in addition to tight pants. Her hair is silver and very short. Her fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the east were limited. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
