Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Gimgen was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

History: Quarion was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Through the years after Quarion was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Quarion's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
