Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Mercenary born in the past three hundred years. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has achieved small success as a Mercenary.

Description: She usually wears her tan robe and has her pickaxe always slung over her shoulder. She is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly pickaxes and greatswords. Her golden hair is knotted and matted. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: She was born into a rich family. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Shoemaker and was forced into it by her family; and she has decided she is irredeemable

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and obtaining odd cultural gnomish artifacts is his passion

Personality: This man loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the south were limited. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and he feels threatened by others
