Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She dresses like a well dressed Spice Merchant does. She has slicked back silver hair. She is baby faced.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Spice Merchant arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She became a Spice Merchant soon after.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with small hat. His blonde hair is unkempt and raggedy. His amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Stableman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Description: She wears bulky grey painted plate armor. She is portly but not overly obese. She wears a colorful flower in her red hair. Her eyes are likewise brown. Her teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: She hates orcs. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and many orcs want her driven away

Description: 5'9" and muscular, this western woman wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. Her red hair is braided into rings. Her eyes are green.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She was raised in a mountains tribe. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and wants to work out more often
