History: Born in the west to a Barber, Howard learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has worked as a Barber like his father before him.

History: The child of a Barkeep, who enjoyed hunting, Heskan was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs.
