Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Ootah was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. The war was a terrible time for him, and Patrin does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he feels kind of lost in life
