Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born in the north to a Painter, Rosamund learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Rosamund has worked very hard to control her curse. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
