Description: He is a pot bellied northern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears blue trousers with white and tan striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His long brown hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. This amber eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Baker kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: He wears long strands of amber and short black dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths, and carries scythes. His blue crest is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. He has gleaming, smiling red eyes.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Description: This eastern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. Her red hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. Her blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her whip with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. Her fur is yellow and curly. She has yellow eyes.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Merchant. She tends to her Merchant job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and sabotage a competitor
