History: Born to a Bookbinder, her mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Sage hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Smoking hails from a village terrorized by giants. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: Gifted from a young age, Bilga studied abroad. Through the years after Bilga was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Bilga's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She now mingles about in high society.
