History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A freak accident while working with his Seamstress mother left him crippled. Being a Miller kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: Borun wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Barbarian, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Born in the east to a Farmer, Borun learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Farmer for the past few years.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
