Personality: Hagren wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Bard, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
