Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. Her job bores her to no end. She has decided to make it more interesting.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Volen was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Volen decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gifted student she started as a Bather, but she got bored and became a Merchant. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Merchant.

Description: This slender woman stands about 6'2". She tends to wear a black poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. Her rusty crest is singed and shortened. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Priest hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Sariel isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Elven unity. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. A freak accident while working with her Herbalist father left her crippled. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world.
