History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Dwarves in Barendd's homeland. Barendd decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Barendd fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Engraver arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A gifted student she started as a Glassblower, but she got bored and became a Engraver. She struck the Engraver job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Engraver responsibilities is difficult; and wishes to resurrect an old love
