Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. The war was a terrible time for her, and Emma does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She works hard and plays hard.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Beloril was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He tends to his Slave Trader job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and to be a fisher again
