History: Gifted from a young age, Quilla studied abroad. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Quilla grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Quilla. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Barber arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She now mingles about in high society.

History: She was raised in a island tribe. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She became a Detective soon after.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Through the years after Hadarai was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Hadarai's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
