History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Bookbinder. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He worked as a nervous Apothecary and found it very stressful. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
