Description: This late middle aged woman wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a hammer, but if one is not available she will default to her bow and is in decent physical shape. Her black crest is greasy and uncared for. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. While she appears to be a normal Dragonborn, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: 5'6" and lanky with angular features, she is an attractive figure. She is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing grey cape and mantle trimmed with soft blue waves gently in the breeze. She sports golden long hair. Her gray eyes peer out from beneath her Stetson grey hat.

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She feeds upon the attention of others.

History: She was born in the west. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.

Description: This malnourished woman has a large white mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her violet robe. She keeps her silver hair in a pixie cut. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Server but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: The child of a Ploughman, who enjoyed hunting, Euphemia was taken on many hunting expeditions. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Server hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She bought a halberd and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears silk and lounges about seductively. He has dark red hair. His half smiles and red eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tiefling in existence. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Xappan alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
