Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Courier. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: She has a crush on the local Courier; and wants her loneliness to end

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. Emerald was orphaned to a temple shortly after her birth. She was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above herself and to hold her god always in her heart. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
