History: Bulzo was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Carrie lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Elves in Carrie's homeland. Carrie decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father.

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the north were limited. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.
