History: She comes from a rich northern family. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.

History: Katherine was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
