Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Fisher. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fisher for hire.
