History: The child of a Animal Trainer, who enjoyed hunting, Rezena was taken on many hunting expeditions. Her parents were killed by giants in a raid when she was still a young child. The giants captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
