History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Shadow was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Shadow and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Left-Handed was born with his mother's beautiful face. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: An older woman who wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during, she is not a threatening figure. Her blonde hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a Stetson hat. This amber eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: She is a Lamia in disguise. One day when Eida was young, her mother was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly her mother dropped to the ground dead. Her mother had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Eida was heart-stricken from the event, and her father started working long hours to provde for them. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: Her left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She wears brown leather gloves, a brown jacket, and tight pants. Her red hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Griselda fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found.
