History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Borgu hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Spice Merchant work with an outfit from a few towns over. Spice Merchant work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has achieved small success as a Spice Merchant.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: She was born into a rich family. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
