Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A freak accident while working with his Adventurer mother left him crippled. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His skin is flawless and his brown eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers.

Description: She dresses like a well dressed Glassblower does, and she perpetually has her hand crossbow ready. She has slicked back blonde hair. Her eyes are amber and catlike.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She's also a talented Blacksmith, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and further expansion of business

Description: He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His ears are large.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Revenge; and many gnolls want him driven away
