Description: This light-skinned male is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing grey cape and mantle trimmed with soft yellow waves gently in the breeze. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He has no hair. He has blue eyes and a grey hat with a yellow feather.
Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Gnomish culture. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: Rangrim hails from a village terrorized by drow. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He is greedy.

Description: He wears tan robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a bastard sword, but if one is not available he will default to his shortspear. He is portly but not overly obese. He has no hair. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. A true patriot, Warryn would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When Warryn reached his early adolescence his Gnome father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a sickle on his belt. He is bald on top and has large auburn tufts of hair around his ears. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bookbinder they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Locksmith, and he later adopted a second son.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Nithther will drive conversation. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
