History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the south. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Gardener. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: Lone hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Lone was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He worked as a nervous Miller and found it very stressful. He has worked as a Miller like his father before him.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: This western woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath her coat. Her blonde hair is thinning but still full. She has brown eyes and a grey hat with a red feather.

Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Elven culture. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Cartwright and was forced into it by her family; and to reunite with her absent father
