History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Through the years after Quick was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Quick's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Ruler for the past few years.

Personality: Eldeth wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Adept, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to pay off her debts

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
