Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Phelaia's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Fisher profession.

History: Phelaia was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Sage for hire.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes.
