Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His hair is brown, silky, and of moderate length. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Gnomish companion (his 'brother'). He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Description: This tall, slender man very much looks the part of a Dilettante. His crest is brass and very short. His red eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Gorbundus lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His childhood dream was to be a Spice Merchant, but he was a colossal failure. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son.

Description: This man stands a little under 2'10" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a pickaxe on his belt. His red hair is greasy and uncared for. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is a Sailor first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sailor. He became a Sailor soon after.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
