Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: Jade is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
