History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Reynard grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Reynard. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Cecily was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Cecily decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. After a long history of fighting, Mindartis and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is greedy
