History: She is a Hag in disguise. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Ermina and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Shax lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Barkeep they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Stylist, and she later adopted a second son.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and she loathes her own lifestyle

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and expand his business
